Damascus, Syria — “Hold your head high, you’re a free Syrian.” The refrain of this Arabic song—now widely embraced as the unofficial anthem of a new Syria—echoes throughout Damascus. It blares from market loudspeakers, rings out during celebrations in the central square, and is even sung by the man offering traditional coffee to new arrivals at the airport. For decades, many Syrians lived with lowered gazes under the authoritarian rule of the Al-Assad family. Stormi and Kylie Jenner Matched at the Kardashians' Christmas Eve Party in Nude Mugler Dresses

For the Kardashians' traditional Christmas Eve party last night, Kylie Jenner and her four-year-old daughter Stormi Webster dressed alike. Of course, their mommy-and-me attire included extravagant designer ensembles.

The two donned Mugler, with Jenner leaning into the holiday's "naughty or nice?" theme in a lingerie-inspired black nude dress with lace embellishments, a high leg split, and a plunging neckline. Jenner had her brown hair cut into a curled bob, giving her hair and makeup more of a pin-up girl, vintage look.

With a full nude skirt and one-shoulder black lace detailing on the bodice, Stormi's outfit was opulent and princess-like. Her hair was styled in a bun. Jenner shared photos and video

Jenner also got sassy with her friend in another TikTok from the party. The two filmed a pretend ex confrontation:

Stormi could someday be wearing Jenner's dress from the party herself when she grows up. Jenner spoke to CR Fashion Book in September about how she is saving all her dresses for Stormi. “I save everything for my daughter—I have the most amazing pieces, and I cannot wait to share my entire archive with her when she is older,” Jenner said. “I’m so excited to see how she is going to wear and style them! And hopefully she wears one of my Met dresses to prom.”
